Shayon Jalayer

Director of Coaching, US Soccer A License

Shayon Jalayer, a U.S. Soccer Federation ‘A’ License Certified coach serves Future FC as both President and Director of Coaching. ‘Shy’ as he is better known, has played and coached at the professional levels in the US, the collegiate level as well as working as Identification staff for ODP, US Club Soccer and US Soccer. Since 2019 he has assisted Santiago High School Girls Varsity Soccer as their Technical Director, helping to lead the team to a Division 1 CIF Title and 3 Semi-Final Runs in California Regional State Tournament. He is also set to be instructing for US Soccer in Grassroots and D License Courses.
