Lynsey Jalayer

Girls Technical Director, US Soccer B License

Lynsey Jalayer, a U.S. Soccer Federation ‘B’ License Certified coach serves as Future FC’s Girls Technical Director. Lynsey also works as a US Soccer Youth National Team Network Scout as well as involvement with SoCal PDP talent identification.

As a player she had a distinguished college soccer career at California Baptist University where she was part of the first team in school history to qualify for the National Tournament. She was team co-captain in her junior and senior years, at the same time earning All-Conference recognition in the Golden State Athletic Conference, two time conference Player of the Week and Team Defensive MVP.

At CBU, she earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a Master of Science degree in Sport Management. In her first five seasons as a college head coach, the RCC women’s team set a school record for wins and earned a playoff berth for the first time in more than a decade. In 2008, Lynsey Jalayer was named Orange Empire Conference Coach of the Year.
